Status Definitions

• Received: Your application was submitted successfully and is in the provider's queue to be reviewed before they make a decision on the next step.
• Under Review: The provider is actively reviewing your application details.
• Tour Required: A tour must be completed before moving to the next stage.
• Tour Scheduled: A tour link was opened and the system marked the tour as scheduled. Please confirm the exact booking time in your email or scheduling tool.
• Tour Completed: The provider marked the tour as completed and is determining next steps.
• Waitlisted: There is currently no spot available.
• Spot Offered: A spot is now available for your child and a decision is required.
• Accepted: The parent accepted the offered spot. The provider will reach out directly with next steps for enrolment.
• Declined: The parent declined an offered spot.
• Withdrawn: The application was withdrawn and is no longer active.
